The MACPASS Customer Service Centre is now permanently closed
Since March 2025, our staff has returned more than $4.7 million to customers who had money in their MACPASS accounts. We’ve closed 177,000 accounts, but there are still a few thousand active accounts with $20 or less. Information attached to the account is old or invalid. and the account owners have not contacted us in response to our public campaigns.
What does this mean to me?
If you think we owe you money, email us at bridges@hdbc.ns.ca with your account details and we’ll get back to you within five business days. Please be sure to include your name, address, and phone number so we can serve you effectively. Please note: e-transfers are not possible.
