Halifax Harbour Bridges Announces The North Grove as new Key Partner
February 17, 2026
Halifax Harbour Bridges (HHB) is pleased to announce a key partnership with The North Grove, an organization dedicated to serving the needs of people of all ages in North Dartmouth. This one-year agreement is part of HHB’s ongoing commitment through its Key Partnership Program to support charitable organizations that make a positive impact in the region.
“We’re excited to support The North Grove and the important programs and resources it provides,” said HHB CEO Tony Wright. “This collaboration lets us shine a light on those efforts, help with fundraising, and work together to strengthen the Dartmouth community.”
HHB will promote The North Grove through social media, special events, and other activities throughout the year. Representatives from The North Grove will also participate in HHB events, further helping to raise awareness.
“The North Grove’s home is between the bridges, so collaborating with HHB is particularly meaningful,” said Laura Horn, The North Grove’s Executive Director. “This partnership will increase awareness of our services and support programs that increase access to food and family support as well as opportunities to build connection and community.”
HHB’s Key Partnership Program selects a new charitable organization each year, following the 2023 partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association – Nova Scotia Division, Africville Heritage Trust in 2024, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Halifax in 2025.
