MACPASS customer service, online interruption September 8-14

The MACPASS Customer Service Centre, and online MyMACPASS.com website, will be shut down for system upgrades from Friday, Sept. 8 to Thursday, Sept. 14.   

During this time, all MACPASS customer services will be unavailable, including in-person, online and by phone.  

ALL MACPASSES WILL WORK IN THE TOLL LANES DURING THIS TIME.

The MACPASS Customer Service Centre, online and phone-based services will resume as normal on Thursday, July 14 at 8:30 a.m. 

All previously queued, pre-authorized payments will be processed ahead of the system shutdown.  

Customers are encouraged to check their accounts and ensure they’re topped up ahead of the closure.
